We love the Outer Banks, the charm of Roanoke Island, and the sense of stepping back to simpler times that visitors and locals alike enjoy in the town of Manteo.
Locally owned and operated, the Island Guesthouse & Motel is a small, smoke-free property with four guest rooms in the main house and eight traditional motel rooms—some with kitchenettes. We keep it simple: great rooms, great rates, and great service. We’re just a short walk or bike ride from the heart of Manteo and minutes from the OBX beaches.
