DEPOSIT POLICY

  • A deposit equal to one night, per room, is required at the time of booking. 
  • The balance will be charged 10 days prior to the date of arrival.  
  • For reservations booked 10 days or less prior to the date of arrival, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • Pets: We have several pet-friendly rooms available on the property. Advanced notice is required if your pet is accompanying you. You will be charged a pet fee of $40 per pet/ per night. Additional nights will be only $25. Please note that pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Pets are not allowed on any furniture in the guest rooms, including beds. The rooms in our Guesthouse are not pet-friendly, so please plan accordingly. For the safety of our guests and their pets, we do not permit pit bulls or any mix with this breed apparent. Additionally, we do not permit any aggressive animals. Guests with aggressive animals will be asked to leave the property. If this occurs, no refunds will be given.   • Parking:  We have limited parking available.  One car per room, please.
  • No Smoking:  All of our rooms are smoke free. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations (non-group) received from the time of booking to more than 10 days prior to the date of arrival will result in a full refund, less a $25 per room cancellation fee which may be used on a future stay .
  • Cancellations (non-group) received 10 days or less prior to the date of arrival will result in a full forfeit of the entire amount of the reservation.
  • In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation during your dates of stay, an in-house credit for the amount paid will be given.  This credit will be valid for one year from the original arrival date.  There are no refunds for inclement weather.
  • Cancellations for groups (bookings of three or more rooms) carry a 30-day cancellation period (as opposed to 10 days for single-room bookings).  However, the cancellation fees are the same.

SPECIAL EVENTS WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

  • There is a 2-night minimum for reservations on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
  • Special event weekends may carry a minimum-night stay requirement, too.
